I think its an inate love that all wedding planners and designers have to like tabletop decor. For me, the more the better. I can easily spend hundreds on placemats, chargers, napkins and funky glassware. Don't even get me started on table runners....my dining room table was chosen specifically so I could use a table runner AND placemats. Its probably a sickness...tabledecoritis I'll call it.
With this terrible disease comes a flare for the smaller items that get noticed like salt & pepper shakers, butter sticks shaped like the holiday you are celebrating and hell, even the way you fold a napkin to compliment your theme. On top of all of these excess-ories comes the mack daddy of symptoms...a love for napkin rings. (I secretly heard Beyonce was talking about this in her song and not the diamond kind of ring). Without further adieu I present you with some medicine to hold you over until the next epidemic rolls through our city. Now open wide and say ahhh...
